The instructional materials reviewed for Kindergarten partially meet expectations for alignment as they meet expectations for focus, partially meet expectations for coherence and rigor and balance, and do not meet expectations for practice-content connections. The instructional materials reviewed for Grade 1 do not meet expectations for alignment as they do not meet expectations for focus and practice-content connections and partially meet expectations for coherence and rigor and balance.
